>>19769004I eat vegetables, but mainly stuff I grow in my garden. Green onion is a staple because it grows year round.
Here's some meals I typically make:
Grilled pork chops, marinated in onions sauce, beef broth, Dijon mustard, garlic, and black pepper.
Salad with water greens I have on hand, typically kale or lettuce, some dressing made from olive oil and red wine vinegar, plus vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions.
Soup. A few bags of ramen noodles, typically Korean. I toast some cloves, star anise, garlic, and some other spices in oil for a couple of minutes, then add a 50:50 mix of broth and water. Then I'll add a bag of frozen mixed stir fry vegetables and some bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, some onion, and whatever else I have like bell peppers. Then I add the ramen and some thinly sliced beef or pork. It ends up being similar to pho.
Chicken or shrimp alfredo. Just carb my shit up. Typically I used jarred alfredo unless I have guests coming over.
