I have a wife, a kid, planning a second and maybe a third kid too, i live in a cozy flat, i'm going to buy a cozy little cottage in about two months, i have a bunch of fun hobbies: oil painting, writing poetry, home chemistry, building small machines, astro photography, playing DnD... i even enjoy my job despite it being a bit boring, and i get good money...
Life is good. It has its ups and down, and things can be hard at times, but all in all it's a life worth living.
Also, i'm a scientist, and there is a project i really want to finish, despite all of fucking academia standing in my way. Not deliberately mind you, just by being a broken, corrup, decaying system of beurocracy, red tape, and seniority dickmeasuring. But i'll get it done yet.
