Statistically, w-what works best is a full approach: medication to get you on your feet, 1 on 1 therapy t-to help you with your problems and perception, and group therapy to connect you with a support network.
Together, there is a 90% success rate for anxiety reduction <4 But just medicine on its own is c-closer to 50%.
