We all have sad and bad days... it happens. Some of us have genuine depression, which can be helped with medication. If you are genuinely depressed, as in the medical problem, then consider getting some medication to help ease that.
There is a difference between being sad and being depressed, but I see far too many people around here who confuse the two constantly.
To make matters worse, I also see people who lament their existence yet they will do absolutely nothing to maybe better their situation. They will lash out, or justify their further lack of participation and then continue begging for attention and sympathy.
If you are truly sad, I feel for you. You're not in this alone. If you're just having a bad day, then don't worry! Tomorrow, or hell in a couple hours, things will get better! Get something good to drink, listen to some good music, things will be fine! Could be low blood sugar for all you know. If you just want attention, then fuck off.
