How about you don't go to an internet cafe if you hate how they are, dipshit? You obviously have the internet connection to be making this review. Probably a computer as well, you can definitely afford it. You have no reason to be going over to an internet cafe except that you felt like it, unlike kids who don't have internet or computers at their home and have to go to these places and pay with their allowance just to have some fun. But no, that's too much for Mr. Mature Man, he just can't stand seeing anyone under 13 in the same places he goes to, because everything and every single place has to be tailored for him and who he is, ooooh. Fuck you. You have no idea how these places work and who they're for, and believe that just because it's not appealing to your autistic needs that nobody cares for, then it's bad.
Motherfucker is acting like he's going to a library. You're going to a place where groups of people come to play games. Even if there were no one under the age of 13 there, there would still be groups of teenagers making the same noise that probably pissed you off so bad. This is like if you went into a concert and were angry that people in the crowd are making too much noise. Then don't go to a concert.
Now, the smoking part, I don't think it's very nice either, but even then it's not for him to control. As long as there's no smoke getting blown into his face, then who cares? I've never been bothered by it in the cafes that I went to. It's not as if you're in a closed box and the smoke fills up the room or anything, it just doesn't bother you.
Either way, this guy is an absolute loser and does not like the idea of people being able to enjoy things. Just because it upsets him to see it.
