There are tons of failures of the gov and issues with child support but you have no idea wtf you are talking about. Its called a mandate and the federal gov does this with tons of laws they cant force a state to follow but essentially just bribe them to do. Additionally it has nothing to do with the amount they collect from an individual. The money the state spends on enforcement of child support and the systems put in place. You would have to have 5 kids and it would be 40%. 1st kid is 20% and its 5% for each additional one. Almost no man is aware of child support laws and clearly you aren't. Why men do or dont get married doesnt have anything to do with this federal mandate. Im on your team here but its like watching you run backwards with your eyes closed to the goal line.
