Rolling metal doors only look ghetto during the time the business is closed, but who cares? You're closed anyways. I also still think storage units will be in demand as hoarders are forced to downsize their living conditions due to bad economic times.
They also do smart locks for their sliding doors. I don't like smart locks, but bitches love apps to do useless crap. Plus that will vendor lock storage businesses into using their product suite.
