Look at what's happening, there's apps for all kinds of shit - dating, simping and even having a friend to talk to for the night. Yes, the last one is real. It's found in Japan and it's because many are so lonely.
Now use that smooth brain of yours and just think for a moment. If it's already this bad NOW, imagine how worse it will get in the generations ahead if we don't put a stop to this. Social media is a disaster for the human race. I don't even like saying this but the internet really needs to be regulated.
