Chicago (and recently Detroit) are also known for their unique styles of pizza, with Chicago's being very deep and Detroit's being square in shape. I'd roll them all together into a sort of tri-city pizza sampler with all three styles, since the battle over pizza supremacy is quite heated in the United States. Especially in New York, because insufferable shithead New Yorkers think that everything revolves around New York and all pizza aspires to be New York style pizza.
