I take Mirtazapine. It helps a lot.
But I'm still no expert on sleep.
I have to wear myself out to sleep.
Some people can just sleep when they think they should.
I can never sleep on time.
So my only real advice is that you have to practice not thinking.
If you can fall asleep with the TV on or something similar, do that.
Let the outside think for you.
But don't think for yourself.
