I've slept with two women in my life, my first girlfriend who I was with for 7 years and my second who I have been with for 5 years. They were both virgins before we got together and never cheated/thought about cheating once.
I've never had an STI and I probably wouldn't sleep with another woman because I value fidelity and loyalty. Sex just isn't worth a life long affliction of STIs.
