it was amazingly fun and a whole new domain and experience for the first couple of months or whatever, but that was ten years ago now, ive had regular breaks during them sure, sometimes as long as 3 years and when you go back to it with no tolerance its almost like the early days, anyhow tldr, its really fun if you only do it once in a while, if you make a habit of it you will end up getting about the same amount of satisfaction or buzz as from a cigarette, over all i wouldnt recommend it, but if you do make sure whatever you fucking do, dont make it a daily or even weekly thing, once every month or couple of months is what i wished i would have done in hindsight
