It should be allowed in and around bars. No one goes to a bar to practice healthy habits and it's a fun social activity. I like to smoke a pipe and crack open a beer if I've had a shitty day. I hate cigarettes but I see no reason you can't smoke in bars. Everyone there is there to destroy their livers and sense of dignity anyway.
