I have noticed that sometimes there are too many people from the same country in the same thread. For this purpose, I have recruited executioner-chan to perform the duty of culling the number of posters with too-popular flags. In the interest of fairness, the lonelier flags will still have the opportunity to be executed by executioner-chan. Here are the rules of the culling:
Initial rolls of 1 will result in execution. For each instance of your flag within the thread, one number will be added to the roll in ascending order. (for example, if there are four posters with the same flag, initial posts ending in 1 through 4 will result in execution)
This functions retroactively, but only applies to your first post. American rolls are divided by 2, but rounded up.
Posting any lewd images or remarks is grounds for immediate culling, but not by executioner-chan. Normie and/or Anzumark will be commissioned to rape you to death. They are not exempt from this rule, and their respective counterpart will be commissioned in the event of their own failure to respect this rule.
