Modern day jews had nothing to do with the old testament. They simply adopted it.
The jews didn't start we wuzzing as Israelites until relatively recently (after they began mixing with the true israelires)
British Israelism is way older than Ashkenazi Israelism. In fact king James (The dude who commissioned the king James bible) was an advocate of Anglo and Norse Israelism.
