>>22141486To be honest I'm not really sure what the difference is between active and instant dry yeast. Sometimes I use instant dry sometimes I use fresh yeast.
Thanks for sharing the pics. This bread makes great french toast btw. It gets stale pretty fast but if you put plastic wrap on the crumb it will stay soft for an extra day.
