>>16128784Yorsh is a great snack - you just have to cut off the head and pull out the guts (no need for a second cut, they usually get pulled out with the head, and DON'T cut off the fins) and fry it in a pan with a bit of oil and salt. The scales burn away very quickly, and when it's cooked the fins are easy to just pull out together with the bones supporting them, and everything exept the spine is edible. Not really proper food, but as i said, great snack, goes like semechki.
