Buy a portable chest refrigerator.
If it loses power, it becomes a regular cooler.
They use almost no power.
You can run them off a cheap solar panel and they have enough insulation to keep stuff cold overnight.
Only downside is it's 15-30 lbs but you can easily just keep it in one spot.
Seriously you can probably buy a portable chest fridge and a solar panel for less than a brand new Yeti cooler.
