The time has come for me to start exercising again. I intend to go to the gym 3 days a week to start. I plan on doing a 5x5 Stronglifts schedule which consists of all compound exercises and I want to add pull-ups and dips to this.
I intend to calculate my Basic Metabolic Rate (BMR) and create a food schedule for myself, nothing too serious though I am a big proponent of intuitive eating but getting aware of the general amount of calories I consume seems vital.
In terms of supplements there are a multitude of things I intend to take; Multivitamin, D3+K2, Magnesium and zinc complex, Creatine and I have been very interested in certain compounds;
Ashwaganda, Lion's mane mushroom (powderform), Spirulina, NAC, Tongkat Ali,
Proper hydration through water and milk and I will quit or minimise caffeine and stop smoking.
I know this isn't /fit/, truth is, most of the people there are faggots and most there don't know what the fuck they're talking about. I only trust my buddies from /pol/. I know there's an insane amount of combined knowledge on this board and there are many of you who actively work out and probably know much more about it than I.
Feel free to critique, adjust and advise me on my healthplan. Inb4 not political Jannies, a healthy group of individuals create a much better society. This board consists of NEETs, fat burgers and lazy demoralized Europeans.
There is clearly a need for healthy living and this will be the thread to discuss it.
