I've ready all of your posts in the thread. I believe your pain and torture could be real. I'm not convinced it is caused by other people with malicious intentions. I can't determine if the source of your pain and shocks are coming from your skin and groin/gooch area, or if it is a form of neuropathy.
A doctor would help with diagnosing this. It sounds like you've been having a lot of issues with doctors and their offices recently. I'm not sure how to help you, El Arcón. I will think about your problems for awhile.
