A human can only exist as part of a collective/tribe/ethnic group.
Therefore one has to consider a tribe/ethnic group as one massive multicellular organism.
Therefore good and evil can only apply within the collective as actions that have a cause and effect that is either positive(good) or negative(bad) for the continuation and propagation of the tribe/ethnic group and the continuation of the individual as a member of a collective. As such any action that is negative to the continuation or propagation of the ethnic group is evil.
Negative action towards members of your collective lead to degradation/weakening of the collective. Rape, paedophilia, unsanctioned murder, incest, disloyalty, casual relationships, anti-natalist measures, cowardliness and passivity(shirking) had been seen as evil in pre-Christian Europe because they can destroy a tribe. A collective that ceases exist has no need for morals.
Human morals are in fact efficient collective behavioural patterns for tribal warfare. They have come about as a result of tens or hundreds of thousands of years of ruthless tribal competition in which inefficient tribes are wiped out.
