>>16039389>I'm curious to know what the traditional blend of spices the average Swede aggregates for the meatballswell im not sure about the average swede, but for me atleast it completely depends on what kind of meat im using, but lets say lamb, i would go with rosemary and thyme obviously, some sea salt and freshly ground pepper, a bit of finely chopped parsley along with some even more finely chopped habaneros, would be the base recipe, then beyond that add whatever seasonings you feel like, then i usually like to boil them in a nice homemade pasta sauce, now the recipe for that is a whole other ordeal, anyway the end result is usually quite nice
