Is it unhealthy as fuck? Yeah
Once someone decides to get on hormone therapy they should be fully aware of the possible side effects, such as being permanently sterile, or impotent without using Viagra or what have you. I have no idea of the matter.
But, if it`s just about having some resemblance of dignity as a male, as long as they didn`t ruin their pubertal growth spurt or some shit, I don`t see why they can`t at least be somewhat normal looking males with otherwise possibly impaired dick function and whatever, but at least not mutilated and not appearing in public like a freak.
