they got a really long bible giving story about pretty much everything in the game and thats just cool

im dwelling on this one bit of dialogue people act like its so smart
but no its really not it requires the master to be completely braindead and warped from his character in order to work
its a cool way for u to be rewarded for building ur character that way sure
but u don't need to fuck with ur characters like that just so retards can go "oooo" at it
its not like it has to be removed altogether
it either couldve led to something else, or simply him refusing to stop even after the revelation brought on
which wouldve been cooler and showed you just how dedicated he was to what he thinks is right
but no its just turned into a really generic "villain cant fathom being wrong" thing and thats just cheap to me idk
