On the Hero Plantation, all is silent. Occasionally there are people in robes leaving and entering the lot. However, they leave silently and return the same. The residents of Mobile, Alabama speak in hushed tones. Recently, the silent movement of people entering and leaving the lot has become more active. They steal things from around town, but are never caught. The lights in the abandoned buildings turn on more often at night. More and more lost people stumble into the abandoned property despite the force preventing 'normal' people from exploring the grounds.
But it is mostly silent. In the forest on the land, there is a large tree. Despite the skies only being slightly cloudy with no rain, lightning strikes the base of the tree. A loud Crack signals it's arrival, as it strikes the base of the large tree.
>I hunger.
A voice booms throughout the Hero Plantation. All the inhabitants of the ruined buildings fall to their knees and bow.
>I hunger for violence. I hunger for blood.
The robed figures shake with fear.
>Our flowers require blood to bloom. Our Garden will not grow without strife. The Bouquet will not be complete without sacrifice. Find me an arena. NOW.
Suddenly, all of the robed people flee the lot in a rabid scramble. One is trampled, nearly killed. The Mobile population is shocked as deathly ill people flood the streets, all running from their home.
