Youtubers adapt to what the algorithm likes. QuackityHQ, if you know him, used to be very edgy and had a pretty chill audience, but now his fanbase is made of 13-year-old stans that draw him in Dream x quackity yaoi. This happened to many YouTubers. Over time you just have to appeal to what youtube likes if you want to make money.
Also, before you start a channel, delete everything or be ready to make an apology for sharing an edgy joke 5 years ago. A few days back some friend of Mrbeast got canceled for sharing fucking memes in 2016-2018.
Just beware of twitter if you do not want to hurt feefees or do not associate yourself with them at all. The best thing you can do is never make a Twitter and never allow stans in your community. Alienate them if need be. If you want extra cash, you will probably have to welcome the Twitter autistic community.
