Beyond the 1 on 1 level, girlfriend experience, and long term Simps who the eThots notice as loyal paypigs, there's also the fascinating scale of attention an eThot receives and how they view the army of Simps supporting them. Let's just say, it's pretty cold and borderline psychopathic, but with this tiny bit of sadness in the eThot where they are being softly crushed with a dull sense that men only want them for sex and nothing more. There is a slow grinding sense of worthlessness which evolves into meaninglessness in the world, and the eThot starts to view relationships in general through a fake or objectified lens. They really are damaged goods, and they actually make horrible partners even to men who can get past their eThottery because this cold view they've adopted means they no longer empathize with their partners and instead of reject good boyfriends who are genuine and end up selecting for the types of guys who use them deep inside. (Thottery in general also does this, since an unfeeling man is more likely to accept this shit than a genuine man who tends to be more possessive of that which he loves)
