>>8525699this, also I'd season it with spicy mustard as well. Then add on top: onion, small slices of cucumber (I like pickled), and bits of some other meat that you like. Roll it so the ingredients will all be covered, tie the meat so it won't unroll(?) itself, and cook for around 1 1/4h. Serve with potatoes and maybe some salad.
