and then abandons them because they didn't start calling a man(his son) God when the first commandment in the Bible is "you shall have no other gods before me"
thats not a loving God, thats deceitful. You say you will love them forever as long as they keep his covenant and then abandon them? It's like dating a girl who cheated on her ex boyfriend expecting she's not gonna do the same thing to you.
