But wtf, I drank the night, but fell asleep at like 8pm, then woke up at 3am, then went to take a nap at like 6am (class starts at like 9:30), and i ended up waking up at 2:00 pm, I even slept past the 9:30 alarm.
Wtf man, was this just a hang over fatigue or do I have something more serious on my hands?
Note: This is the first time I've been to sleep this early (8pm), I usually go to bed at like 5am, but now due to last night my sleep schedule should be back on track
Should I be worried about this or is it just an extreme fatigue hang over?
