If i were presented with new information that might indicate factors that could help make a murderer seem more sympathetic, i would not necessarily be unrighteous if i still believed that the murder was still unjustified. On the other hand, you are attempting to twist your past words and narratives for the sake of revising your varied legacy but any new justifications you come up with are functionally justifications for hugging people, as you yourself previously described it, "without consent" which is never justified. I'm not denying that implied consent is a thing, only that you yourself didn't consider it a pertinent enough factor to address until you felt it was convenient for a narrative you wanted to impress which is far from convincing to any but the most naive person
