>>9431921pretty much a while back, i lost interest in keeping what i would call "normie" fish. pretty much just angelfish, danios, corys, and gouramis. they were all very colorful and awesome in their own ways, but the only problem is that i see them everywhere. whether it is some fish stores logo or its somebody sharing their tank online, i always saw thise fish everywhere. thats about when i moved on to much more rare and "oddball" species of fish. some of the fish i tried taking care of included ameca splendens, banjo catfish, african butterfly fish, and african leaf fish. im pretty sure i had all of these in one tank at some point, but it was probably one of the most spectacular assortments of fish i had ever owned in my entire life, and thats pretty much when i gave up on common fish store fish.
