>>16163878If someone wants to create a large body of work with a consistent style -- like a video game or an animated series, then current AI technology won't even come close to cutting it from what I've seen. At the very least, you'd need an actual artist to clean up all the rough edges and mistakes the AI made. I would love it if a computer could generate all the art, assets, and animations I'd need to make a game, but it seems like it mostly just excels at one-off paintings and concept art, which just isn't enough. Maybe in another 10 years? Speaking of animation, are any AI projects working on anything like that yet? Something where you could upload an image of a character and generate walk/run cycles would be useful
