huh, how do you mean? there are chapters of various foreign universities here. a guy i know is from blagoevgrad where there's a chapter of some american university. he says he used to rent out his place and one time he rented to an american who lived like an absolute pig, it cost him thousands to clean up after he had left. also he had racked up a a few hundred dollars worth of power bills because instead of using the central heating, he kept one of those little fan heaters running at max non-stop 24/7.
i always wonder about foreigners like that, because that's not the first time i've heard a story like this. i can't imagine that's how they lived back home, but what kind of mentality do you have to have to go "well, i'm abroad so i can just trash everything now, who cares"
