Now the top 1% (predominantly Jewish) own 40% of the wealth, they like owning ranches that are thousands of acers in size. This means if your in the bottom 99% of the wealthiest people your share of available land is only 2.7 acers.
Now most people want to live near employment opportunities (near population centers). This is how you can get subburbs where higher mid income people can only afford 1/5th of an acer lot.
