One and one quarter million. That is 1,250,000. This is how many Americans lives were lost in the US Civil war. A war that is infamous to Americans, and a joke to the rest of the world regardless of their own civil wars. Yet I see people claiming to be patriotic and nationalists demanding another war with people they disagree with. They push for and want to glorify a war steeped in arrogance, ignorance, xenophobia, and unapologetic genocide. These insurgent demagogues have only the objected to undermine and weaken our country to foreign invaders. They wave the US Flag only to feed the flames they would engulf it in.
