president Guru Mommy, instead of fixating your mind on the reality that you can't change, rather focus on the opportunity that you are given and savor it as best you can. Personally, whenever I wanted to recover from a particularly frustrating day, being able to escape into a world like Made in Abyss or SZS calms my mind substantially.
