so if you're a supporter of indigenous peoples, then you would have to accept the equal and fundamental laws of an ancestral homeland, and birthrights belonging to all groups and ethnicities on Earth
there may be points of deliberation for countries that were colonized and outside of europe...
but even then you'd have to decide what can be considered a fair point of discussion, because many different areas of the world have experienced ethnic cleansings and other assaults
