My great great grandmother was still alive when I was born but I don't remember ever talking to her I think I was like 1 or 2 when she died. My great grandfather did tell me about his grandfather telling him about getting into a shootout with some Irish guys literally over a liquor dispute way back when and his sister killed a man when she was a teenager who was trying to steal her horse. His dad, my great great grandfather used to wear riding boots and a gun on him while walking around Los Angeles as late as the 1920s like it was the old west, and there were still horse drawn carriages intermixed with cars and trolleys back then too. He say a Chinese guy get hanged as a little kid too.
