jew wasn't a word during the time the bible was created
the words used was judahite and judean
judahites were the descendants of judah
judean was anyone living in judea
you could live in judea and be called a judean and not be a judahite
modern translations confuse both judean and judahite into jew, which is where you get all your talking points from
and want to learn some history?
pic related is when a spartan greek king wrote to a judahite king saying they were the exact same genetic stock
later the greeks mentioned when judea the country was taken over by a group of edomites who do not descend from judah
this is where "jews" come from
from a group of people unrelated to the people described in the original greek text as judahites
