It's pretty funny watching it all unfold. Sam just had to give back half the wefunder scam money, because they illegally solicited investments from non-accrdited investors. Then when the remaining accredited investors sue him, the pot is already going to be empty. That's why I told Burt to sue Sam for mandatory minimum employee wages, overtime (24/7 broadcast, about $20k in total :^) ), prize money, and probably emotional damages as well.
If Josie had half a brain she'd be subtly collecting fishes for a coordinated lawsuit by the fishies against Fishnet LLC. Oh and since Sam and Jet are direct operators, the corporate veil can certainly be pierced. Full personal and financial liability for Sam and Jet. Probably not Ben or Frank though. They can still be sued individually.
