>>20207606>In order to save these companies from going under and lose out on billions in revenue and tens of thousands of high wage tech jobs, Japan is trying to build domestic semiconductor manufacturing so they can buy their own product to try to keep these companies alive.This is due to Covid and how it made everyone freak out about their supply chain and getting microprocessors made because this caused prices to skyrocket and quantity of available goods to crash. Very bad for investors and all that.
