It probably does get somewhat fun if you just survive long enough for it to get harder and events to happen, but the 6 hour realtime period of waiting for any of that to start is too much for me to wanna bother with.
I wouldn't mind it being like that if it didn't just drop me in without any goals and gave me something clear to do instead, but nah.
Makes me just wanna play L4D2. I need to nag people until they agree to play it with me.
