It is true that, assuming the random responses do take the mean of 50% i.e. the troll responses exactly cancel each other out in a two question poll (which is not guaranteed if they are in fact, truly "random", even assuming the mean of the random distribution is selected from is 50%), then the winning option will not change. However, the result, the overall impression of the poll, will change. In short, the result is not the same. QED.
