(he) made into a good woman" (his words, embarrassing) pushed him into knocking her up which negated a sweetheart property caretaker job I offered him (like hell am I risking the moral weight of evicting a newborn in the likely event he neglected duties). He then became a pill popping pathological liar that effectively stole a chunk of change via crypto money I let him run a trade bit on, trying to cover with sophomoric lies and attempts at gaslighting on par with a bpd teenage girl. I offered to forgive everything, in writing (not that I'd bother trying to bleed a penniless stone like him) if he'd just tell me the full truth without spin or excuses, but that was too much for him and he went dark.
He was my "honest, hard worker" friend for the longest time too; getting linked with a bad woman can turn you into everything you once despised. Sad.
