Is not a rabid lefty. Some lefty is okay, but the moment it's too far it is a hard no.
Does not have friends who I can tell influence her to be a bad person/bad woman, has good friends who are positive with interests that align to being a happy couple/social units together.
I would rather be single than accept any less than this. I have always stuck to this belief. I adopted these thoughts when I was a teenager and noticed the most depressive factor in every man's life was a shit partner.
