Itll kill your gains in the gym, it’ll make you an unproductive slob, you’ll feel depressed as shit, eventually it’ll lead to chest pains/stomach problems.
If you do want to drink 15 beers do it like 2/3 days MAX. You need to give your body a chance to clear the shit from it.
