Her being of two minds remind hers of her own plight before she had consolidated Miss A and Agent Addams. Nonetheless Nikki was still the enemy and with this dark new personality within her, she hopes that it could be the twist of the knife to this current attack against the Angels.
And if anything, she'd hope that if the Nikki she'd collected intel on all was still in there, surely the grim reminders of those she'd had lost and glimpses of what she'd always wanted would be enough to at least send a message to the Angels.
