the really pourous kind I can wear up to 3 days, even then I could probably push it two more days but I preffer not to; the easier it is for the genitalia to breathe the less fould odours multiply on the fabric (though I often just change even these kind every day)
but the less pourous kind every fucking day, sometimes twice a day if my balls get too shweaty, I don't want some kind of lychen or fungus growing on my balls
