The original Cirnoposters were just Touhou fans who avatar'd as Cirno (that we were allowed to do it is a story for another time.) Anonymous of Gensokyo, King of Gets, various other bakas who would post nameless on /a/, and we all collaborated together with other brands of 2hufag and /a/posters in order to do fun things and start projects that would never get finished, but it gave us hope for better days, especially for some whose prospects were otherwise dire. Things changed when /jp/ came along and we were forced to move there to the joy of certain individuals, but for a while, it was still good, until it wasn't. I'm not going to pretend to pinpoint when the exact date came, but /jp/'s moderation tightened. One of our top artists got banned and KoG was no longer allowed to try and go for digits on the very board that was supposed to be our home, which were just Cirno-specific issues piled upon the gradual sterilization of the board, perhaps coupled with the novelty of Touhou wearing off and more creative people moving on.
